Default Tourist shot - Havana, Cuba

I consider myself an amateur aspiring to be better with the hopes to learn from everyone here! This is a picture I took in January while visiting Havana, Cuba. Took this shot at mid-day (I know... a big no no, but on vacation I couldn't be picky!). I'm looking for some advice about post processing that would make this picture better or any critiques about the composition to help me learn! Thanks everyone!!

as processing go, I usually go with picasa and just the basic small adjustments of hightlights and shadow to your liking, some saturation to taste and then a little sharpening.

Composition...hmmm, i'm still fairly new too.
