Default Reformatted Asian Lilly.

I shot this yesteray afternoon and spent the evening reformatting it... I really liked the way it came out. I tried to utilize the rule of thirds, but I felt like it left the picture without as much character, so I compensated a little composition.

I'd like critique on the reformatting, the composition and the coloring, please.

God bless,

Rowdy

When I was formatting this I changed the color around to even looking white with red stains in it, but I really thought the orange stood out very well.

I am not a fan of selective coloring. At all. LOL.

With such a wide DOF here, the selective coloring, I think, does much more harm than good. If you had the flower colored with a blurred background from a shallow DOF, then the selectve color may look a little nicer.

Do you mind posting the original photo, SOOC?
