Default Face in the city

I was in Tel Aviv last week and while on a tour bus saw this shot. Went down there around midnight and set up my tripod. Tried to set it up so the light on the right was gone but could not do it. I thought it would make a great shot to leave the shutter open for a bit. How do you find the composition and exposure on this shot

My 2c.
The flare from the lights, just right of center are a little distracting. But overall, I must say I like the image.

I find it holds my attention..and causes me to ponder all areas of the image, yet brings my eyes back to the center each time.

Nice job!
