Default Lighthouse at Sunset

Hello everyone!

This picture I took last night out by the lighthouse. Tell me what you think of the composition and the lighting! Some general comments would be great too! =]

EXIF:
Nikon D3000
F-stop: f/7.1
Exposure time: 1/200s
ISO: 1S0-100
Exposure bias: -0.7 step
Focal length: 26mm
Flash mode: No flash

composition is nice and nicely exposed. I like the rocky textures and pattern on the foreground.. My only Suggestion is that trying to shoot at a different time prob late afternoon. to get more shadows and colors in the sky..

Pretty solid shot in my book. The composition works and the texture of the rocks in the foreground is interesting. The only thing I might have liked, and this is a very minor detail, is a bit more color in the sky. I suspect that if you had waited just a few minutes you would have had your color, but who knows what that would have done to other parts of your composition.

Thanks wal. I actually shot this picture at 8:00 P.M. The sun was just out over the water. It was either this, or darkness! =P
