I took this picture while on my way to New York for winter break. I was still in sunny florida when I took it. It came out a bit washed out so I tweaked the levels a bit.

Hi pdaley221:
What are your particular questions about this photo. In order to give you a precise critique from me and other members, it would help us to know what particular issues bother you. Hope you can edit and update your info/questions. In overall, I like the photo. It's very interesting and like the motion blur it's on the wing. Colors are strong. Good luck!

That's a very interesting shot. I like the color and DOF you got on the wing. The ground looks a little too blue to me. This is probably a side effect of tweaking the levels. If you're up for another try, you might want to make the wing and ground separate layers and adjust the levels separately.

oriolhdz I don't think that is motion blur the wing is not moving. I think that is dirt/grime. I think that besides the color blue of the ground is what I don't like about this picture. Also maybe the full wing with some room to the right may have worked out better maybe even b&w or a variation of b&w.

pdaley221,
Here are 7 areas to Critique. This section is made for a more complete discussion of a photo, and if you were really only wanting to know if we "like" your photo, "Share Your Shots" is a better place to post. A Very Basic Guide to Critiquing Images
