Default T&T City/Landscape

Hi everyone, I am new here and really enjoying the forums, have just been reading alot. I am pretty new to photography, just got myself a Nikon D90/ 18-105mm VR kit. So far I am really enjoying taking pics, and just looking for some feedback to make sure I have the right idea - thanks to you critical analyzers. I have been reading and reading and reading learning how to take the right shot.

What do you think?

D90
Focal Length105mm
Aperture f/16
Shutter Speed 1/160s
ISO 250 / Matrix Metering
Handheld
B/W-Sepia finish in photo 1

I'm including a link for the guidelines to posting in the critique section. Please be sure to get familiar with them and include everything they ask for. Thanks so much for taking the time to look them over and edit your post!
