Default Soft Waterfall

Went for a long drive today, and ended up driving by this...at mile marker 9.

My first decent timed exposure, during the middle of the day, with flowing water...

Curious about:

Composition?
Exposure?
Lighting?
What would you have done different?
How could I have done this better?

Mile Marker 9

Camera: Nikon D90
Exposure: 0.8
Aperture: f/22.0
Focal Length: 50 mm
ISO Speed: 100
Exposure Bias: -5 EV
Flash: No Flash

Nice shot you have. Just for my preference, I maybe will enhance a tad the colours in the background, it looks flat to me. I dunno you might not like it. Very good DOF too. I really like the long shutter speed on the waterfalls, it really works for me. Overall, its worth keeping this shot.

I really like this shot -- the long exposure works very well. The only slight fly in the ointment to me is the tree-trunk which kind of distracts me from the waterfall itself; the dark trunk against the light water takes my attention away from the water... but a minor point; it's a great capture overall.
