Default Buttercups

I have no idea what section this should have gone into but i'd appreciate some help on this image. I really like it and it's close to what i want it to be but isn't quite there. This is the SOOC image and i also have a brighter one on my snapixel page (link below)

Thinking it's that a couple of the buttercups just aren't vivid enough, how would i get those to stand out more? I have elements 6 as my editing programme

All opinions and edits welcome! Thanks!

I have a completely different view now that I looked at the Snapixel version before commenting... I WAS going to say that I thought the little yellow flower is too dark and doesn't add anything and possibly even distracts... but then, in your brighter version, I think it balances well and looks good. I love the DOF but I might clone out the stem that goes up higher on the right... or just snap it off and take the shot again.

I like it just as it is! (The second one you posted, that is). Happy shooting, looking forward to seeing more from you!

You have three flowers on the left; tall, medium and short. On the right you have four flowers; tall, medium, short, shortest. Which flower are you unhappy with. What do you want to do to it.

Thanks again indigo

Pam - the one in the very foreground, the smallest with the bud in front of it it's out of focus and my eye keeps getting drawn to the bud.
