Hello welcome to DPS...like the composition of this shot, mmm the colour is a bit flat, but i think you can salvage this by converting to B & W with some tweaking of levels and contrast, see how it looks like. Goodluck.

When I opened your thumbnail the color of the signs was a pleasant surprise. I vote keep it in color. I think the 'flat color' makes it look cloudy. But maybe you can tweak the levels and contrast in color. I like the little bit of color amongst all the gray. ( I am new at photography, just so you can tell what weight to give my comments.) Getting this with birds also was perfect timing. wow!
