Lightbulb Willis/Sears Towers

I am not sure if I was to put this in the processed or the cityscape section, but I decided on the latter as the building is iconic.

Taken during my '09 Summer Trip to Chicago. I was walking around all day with a huge backpacked strapped to my back and a warm jacked on a hot day. No regrets since I have this as a prize

It's tough to get a good angle on something so massively tall. I think the composition of this could use a little bit of cropping, perhaps slightly tighter on the left and right sides where there's a bit too much empty space.

Either way...Beautiful! Seeing the Sears Tower (I, like many Chicagoans, refuse to call it "Willis Tower") always triggers an emotional response in me. For me, it symbolizes coming home. I live in Ohio now, but Chicago left a deep imprint on my heart.

Thanks I know the feeling. I'm in Michigan but there is nothing man-made is iconic there (as far as i know) so it was quite an exciting feeling to see a building like this. I will try cropping the picture too and see.
