Default Chinatown Bokeh

I like it...but it's missing something. Ideas?

Specs:
Camera: Canon EOS 5D
Exposure: 0.001 sec (1/800)
Aperture: f/2.8
Focal Length: 135 mm
ISO Speed: 250

Consider custom White Balance and adjust Lighting Level. Sample for illustration purpose only.

Nice one, I like your edit a lot. I tried bumping up the vibrance a bit on my photo, but clearly it needed a bit more adjustments. Thanks!

Wow, its amazing how the photo looks so much better after WB adjustment.

Could you explain your thought process while adjusting the WB - any rules of thumb? I have tried using Lightroom but I feel it was more trial and error and less of knowing what was needed by just looking at the photo.
