Default "Quaint Building"

I was just driving home and passed what I considered at the time to be a quaint building nestled in the overgrowth of vegetation. After taking the photograph, I realized that the building was not that quaint, but I liked the photograph that I produced.
Please critique this photograph and help me improve in all aspects of my photographic productions

Roadside Building, Canewood.

What did you do in post-processing? It looks like you went way over the top, the result is a cartoon-like image that looks like it's made from 3 different photos - building, sky and forest.
Compositionally this is a decent shot, the building is nicely positioned and framed, but I'd much rather see a more natural look.

Too much saturation and the clouds look far too over the top.
