I have taken this image from an angle whereby I could picture this small bridge from a virtual "window" of bushes and trees.
Just want to have suggestions from all of you brilliant photographers- Is it a good composition? My camera is Canon Power shot SX 120 IS Shutter speed: 1/200 ISO 200 F5.6 |

I think your heading in the right direction with using your surrounding landscape to try and frame an image but the subject (bridge) is not that interesting and a little cluttered. I think having some breathing room in the image would go a long way. I'm not too sure you could compose an image in that spot with out having a problem with crowding.
You do have the right idea here and I would be looking out for another opportunity to frame something using this compositional technique. I would try and keep the frame all at the same distance to the camera so you don't have elements in the foreground that are out of focus and others that are in focus. I would also try another subject like a bridge in a pond or something where there is less detail to compete with the leaves in the foreground. Thanks for sharing Lenser can't wait to see your next attempt at framing.

well, i think it was a good attempt and with a few adjustments, could really be a nice shot. my first opinion or thought, your virtual window is just a little too cluttered and takes away from your bridge. in fact, its hard to tell its even a bridge. my suggestion, take a walk around that area next time and try to frame it from another spot. you'll find that sometimes just changing your point of view can have a dramatic impact on the image.
