Hi mechman,

This is an interesting image. I really like the way that you captured someone walking on the bridge. I think that really adds an nice point of interest.

In terms of ways to improve the image, I don't really like the woman on the left looking back at the camera. For me, whenever I see someone looking directly into the camera, my attention is drawn there and held there. However, for this image, I think that the man crossing the bridge is far more interesting. (His position on the bridge is great, just about half way between the two supports on the right. Great! And you got him at just the right point in his stride so that his legs are open, the most visually interesting IMHO). So, I would crop the image so that she is removed. This would also help with the out of focus elements in the foreground on the right. These are not a huge problem, but minimizing them would help put the focus back on the man.

But this is just my opinion. Some people would say the opposite, that they like the juxtaposition that the woman creates. Either way, it's an delightful image.

many thanks for the input, regarding the woman she remained in the same place for several minutes, i think she realised there were several photographers in the area, she is actually several feet behind the first bridge ther is a large step at that end so that people can pass, i try not to do PP but i think that she could have been cropped out as you suggest.
