Default Tree at the golf course

I took several photos while golfing in Palm Springs, CA. I would love some feedback. This photo has no post production. All feedback apreciated! I want to see what do you think about my use of the third rule and the composition of this photo.

Palm Spring Day 2 103 - Copy

Camera: Canon EOS 7D
Aperture: f/5
Exposure time: 1/1600 sec.
ISO speed: 100
Focal length: 39 mm.
Flash: No flash

Very Nice capture! The following sample is for comparing the use of 'Rule of Thirds' only.

It's a great shot, but I would prefere the crop lovedslr introduced.

Yes! I do have photoshop. I am trying to learn how to use it as well, but I am concentrating on composition and camera handling.
