Default My 1st attempt for Sunset - Please give me some Critique.

I am just in the phase of learning, and plz give me your advice to improve my knowledge.

It depends on what you were attempting to accomplish....I like how you brought the focus to the foreground and used the sunlight as back ground lighting creating a nice silhouette. If you were wanting to get most of the frame in focus you will need a smaller aperture or use hyper focal distance to get everything in focus...read up on it and find teh hyper focal distance for the lens that you are using if you want everything in focus, but I like the way this shot turned out

Thanks Patric for your thoughtful comments. I just read about the hyper focal distance and I am planning to try next time. I am happy that I learned something today

Well it certinally looks good
as for cropping everyone has a diffrent taste though
I played with it a bit and thought to crop the left side a bit where the branch is
on the right crop of the right hand side where the large branch is out of focus and the result will look more like a square crop
overall colour and expouser well done
