It looks like you were using a GND filter...if so I would like to see a version with the line moved up a little closer to the horizon...the water is a beautiful blue color and I think it would be nice to see more of it...but overall I think it is a beautiful image

Hi Paolo_2004,

Wow! As others have said the colors are wonderful! Well done! You should be proud of this image. Okinawa is a beautiful place and a great place to photograph; I envy you.

In my opinion, the image is heavy on the right side and kind of out of balance. On the right, you have the black mass of the foreground island, the bright spot in the sky and the sillouhette of the distance island. On the left, there is the empty or negative space of the ocean and sky. If I had made this image, I think that I would have taken a couple of steps to the left (if possible). I think if you moved the camera position to the left, you might have been able to get the sillouhette and sunset on the left side of the frame and keep the foreground on the right which would create a more balanced image. Does that make sense?

Of course, as I wasn't there, that may not have been possible. Either way, this is a wonderful image. You should be proud of it; if it was mine I would be.

KG
