Default Mosque shot at dusk

Hi Guys .. please let me know how could I improve this shot? ... I have enhanced the brightness. Please note that I intended it to be shot in low light so that it should give a calm and serene effect. I have also resized the photo as per the requirements according to the moderator.

Any other suggestions are welcome

If you were to take the shot again I would try to take it during the day, it's too dark and needs more light. If you want to edit it I would simply try to brighten it up a bit.

If it's in RAW, open with Photomatix and do a subtle pseudoHDR

Try using a longer shutter speed, and maybe bump up the aperture, based on how long the shutter is. Great angle, I like the way the sky gives the photo life.

Thanks for the comments CfieldCameraGuy. Unfortunately I use Nikon L100 and it does not have any manual settings. All I have to do is the select a mode and shoot the picture. All I can change it the camera angle...
