I might have a go at post processsing this later on.

A couple of things to think about...

It appears that you've shot this image when the sun is high (around 11am to 3pm in the summer). For landscapes - shoot in the 2 hours around sunrise, and the 2 hours around sunset for best results. Its a little secret, but to get good pictures, you have to get up early in the morning!

Your horizon line is not horizontal - easy fix in Photoshop. Also, consider shooting with your white balance set to either "Daylight", or "Cloudy" here (you are shooting outdoors, and will need to make a judgement call on the light conditions). Shoot with AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketing) to capture a couple of different f-stops, and for something like this, use a tripod, go down to f/29 or f/32 and allow for a little more exposure to give you an almost still effect of the water.

Last but not least, the sky here is an ideal candidate for High Dynamic Range treatment.

Just some thoughts which I hope are constructive.

Cheers!

There are a few simple tools you need to master that will make a HUGE difference in your images. The tools I am going to suggest in your case are cropping, levels and the darkroom twins: burning and dodging. Using just those three, I got the image below. Can you do better? Probably, I was just trying to show you what was possible. With time and effort, you may be able to do a lot better.
