Is this the info you wanted? I'm new to this whole image processing thing. I didn't use a tripod as I was looking over a railing in order to get the shot. Thanks.

The Pros:
An interesting perspective to compose a potentially very interesting shot. The Cons: You moved... there is a degree of blurring in the image which suggests that you weren't able to keep the camera still. Consider using a tripod for night shots with long exposures. Compositionwise, there are several things going on here - the lines of the building, the lines of the alleyway... I would suggest using a more "centre-on" vantage point here.
