Lilacs in the sunset

Hello Everyone

I took this picture a few days ago just as the sun was setting and the light made it look very nice. I took quite a few pictures but this one was best. The only thing i did to it was crop it.

It's not a remarkable Macro shot for me;

Losing some focus at the lower part of the main subject
Colours and microscopic detail don't blow your socks off
I'd suggest shooting from another angle to try to make the foreground stand out more

Don't give up! I love macro flower photography and have taken thousands of shots in my time; some you throw out; some just aren't special, some are winners so keep trying!
