Default Coliseum Sky

A couple weeks ago I went around the city with my sister and took a few pictures and came across this old skating rink (I think thats what it was) that burned down years ago. Just wondering if the sky looks fake (it's not, I didn't do anything to it in photoshop) and if it is too dark. Any suggestions would be great !

What I would try, and see how it works, is to slowly lower down the blown highlights (within a small range) and maybe try to clear the darkest areas so I can see some more details on the wall.

I'll start with that. But I like the pic.

I didn't use a filter with this shot. Just used a Nikon D50 that is available at my high school with a regular zoom lense.

Nice picture!

@scottkiller: I find that using small aperture values (I've achieved good results with f/22) are good for giving detail to the sun rays. Look the EXIF from that pic, it shows f/25.
