Default Overly creepified?

So it was a cloudy windy day out today, which made a different mood for my pictures. This particular one I liked, but it was relatively dull without pulling up some contrast and adding a couple of filters to it. But now I can't tell if I've over creepified it or if it looks more interesting this way... what do you guys think?

Before...eh, boring.

Haunted Before.

It looks very good, it would look a lil better though if thee edges weren't so dark.

You took a boring picture and made it engaging and moody. I love it! If I had to change anything I'd tone down the bright spots in the sky just a bit.

Not the most helpful reply but.

I really like the effect that you've achieved on this picture. It really gives much more mood. I don't have anything constructive to add but just wanted to say it works really well for me. If you were going for a more natural PP. I would say brighten up the white of the building in the first shot may help.

Other than the vignette I like it. You might also do some recovery on the clouds. They're slightly blown.

If your playing around for different feels see if you can boost the blue frame work of the door way up, not very realistic maybe but might make a intersting frame with in a frame. cool photo also by the way.
