Default Waterscape-Is White spot disturbing?

I have photographed lotus pond in the afternoon. Though sunlight was bright, pond was protected by some trees. Light was filtering through at some places. Water was flowing. How can I correct White spots? I do not find it disturbing but few people have.

A few of the "reflections' add to yhe shot but honestly I feel you have tooooo many in this one. I think I would like it better without any reflections including the overall grayness (Haze). Try a CPL will work wonders.

If you have a good PP app you should be able to fix the small white spots. If you have PhotoShop you can try the patch or spot healing tool.

I like the idea of what you are trying to do here, but I don't think you have shot you are really looking for yet. Given the choice, I'd rather see you re-shoot this than try to fix it. Were you using a polarizing filter? That might help. That and the right light.
