I would agree with the others here. Not quite sure what you are photographing either. There does not appear to be a center of interest...just a snap shot converted to B&W.
Give us a hand so we can help you as best we can. Let us know what your center of interest is and also some EXIF data. As for the B&W conversion...black and white shots are best when there are wide contrasts. There are very few contrasts in this image. This might be due to the shot being taken in the middle of the day. Very early or late in the day adds a ton of contrast due to the lower sun. This might help, but your main problem is lack of any real composition. There is nothing compelling. Hope that helps some!
