Default Providence in the night's shadow

Hi
I recently shot this one during a cloudy day in providence with my Olympus E-410. I wanted to get light reflections in the water from buildings. In order to do that I had to have long exposure time. I captured lot of light from buildings and reasonable reflection in water. I muted some of the lighting to focus on reflection during editing. Composition wise I feel Ok but I think that this photo lacks sharpness. Any thoughts and suggestions?

exif info:
camera: Olympus E410
Aperture: f/9
Exposure time: 10 sec

The photo looks plenty sharp, especially at the size I can see here. The water is blurred, sure, but that's what happens with moving objects in long exposures. It looks fine.

The color in the water is great -- why did you remove it from the skyline? The half-b&w edit is really jarring and unpleasant to me.

No issues with sharpness, but I agree with dcclark with regards to the rather odd use of desaturation.

For me its too binary, parts either have colour on or colour off. If I was going for the effect of highlighting the colour in the water, I wouldnt have done it in this way.

The photo indeed looks tack sharp. Composition-wise, the railing at the bottom left looks quite distracting. Might be better if you have cloned that out. In terms of color treatment, it also doesn't appeal to me. It would have appeared better if you did not apply desaturation at the upper half of the photo.

Cheers!
