Default Park Art in motion

I feel like Im in some sort of slump and like every picture I am taking sucks. So Ive come here to post a few that I just took tonight. Let my know what you think, what I can change, what I can do better?

F stop: 10
Iso: 400
Exposure: 30sec

F stop: 10
Iso: 800
Exposure: 15sec

Thanks for posting...
but.. I dont really see anything here that is captivating...
i dont personally like the long exposure with the "motion" its giving.. just doesnt do it justice i think..
the colors are just kinda blah, and the sky just doesnt work at all...

I do like the second pic with the trails of the brakelights, but its not enough
sorry for the negativity but..


i would recommend coming back during the day when you have a good sky and some other light than street lights
