Graffiti at sunset

Any comments on ways to improve this would be much appreciated! Something is bugging me about the composition and I can't put my finger on it.

this is an interesting pic... kinda eclectic
I think the problem is tat ther are too many elements clashing... that slice of sunlight, shadow, bright colors alongside dark ones, heavy reflection... but i cant put my finger on fixin it either...
but i'd better warn yo.. i'm a newbie and its jus my opinion

I like the image...great lead-in lines caused by the bridge and the reflection. I love the way the bridge supports curve towards the graffiti.

I'm not an expert by any means, but i think the lighting around the graffiti contrasts to much with the tones and shades of the bridge and reflection.

I guess the composition is fine (from my perspective) but the contrasty colours are a bit confusing. I wonder would converting it to B&W improve the image?
