Default Maronite Church (in Beirut)

Maronite Church

This is a Maronite Church in Beirut. Cameras were not allowed inside but I managed to get a shot from outside between two trees. The angle at which I took this photo makes the church look imposing.

How do you like my composition? Do you like the angle I took this pic from? Would you go with or without the trees?

I feel its missing the appearances of what looks like a building with amazing architecture. Maybe try a slighty different angle from futher out and try to place the top of the building within the guidelines of the rule of thirds.

I agree with the suggestion above. I think you would have done better if you found another angle/perspective when you took this shoot. That could have highlighted further the interesting details of the church.

Cheers!

i'll have to agree with the others on angle of the shot.. maybe the a simple isometric view would been best to capture a building like this.

Thanks for all the feedback,

I will definitely try a different angle although it will be challenging since there was a major construction site with cranes directly to the left of the church. Maybe a vertical frame will suffice.
