Default Lonely Road

I took this picture from the mid-hudson bridge. I took it on a Minolta XG-M 35 mm camera, this is a scan with a light sepia overlay. Enjoy:

My main question regarding this picture is if it really captures the isolation of this road. Even though there were tons of people walking around, very few noticed this road that seemed to slip off into the distance. I'm pretty new to photography so any critique is welcome.

Thanks in advance,
Ken

Hi, the sepia I think looks nice. Being so high above the road I feel a little disconnected. You may have not been able to but I think if you were a bit lower looking more along the road It would draw you in, make you feel like you were there. Nice area though, thanks for sharing.

I like it. I'm a car guy so I look at it and picture a sports car ad, with the car just hitting the apex turning left at the bend in the road. Maybe a green Porsche. VW GTI possibly...

hey thanks guys for the feedback, i would have liked to have been able to get both more level with the road and more extreme with it but from where i was i dont think that would have been possible.

I really appreciate your comments, thanks alot,
Ken
