Hello, I'm working on a local series, of which this is one of the set. I'm wondering about what this photo 'evokes' to a viewer. It's a snapshot (wasn't staged) which is what this set is about. Any thoughts would be welcome.

Sorry but this does nothing for me. I thi nk you need them bigger in the frame and get them on a third!!

I think it's a great shot, especially for a snapshot. First, I love how each one is wearing the opposite color of the other. Second, I like all the commotion in this image, as if the couple don't care of whatever's happening around them, entirely consumed in their conversation. Third, I realized everyone around here in this forum follows the rule of thirds, I feel that they've misunderstood, putting a subject on a third will give you a good pic but there's no harm in centering your subject. Many famous photos are centered. Last, I like the way the tree is curving into the frame on the upper left.
