We were posting at the same time...your exposure adjustment on the left side rock works much better.

LenDog: That was my exposure adjustment in Lightroom. Trying to figure out why you weren't able to get it any lighter using the same sw...?

I dropped it down as low as it would go, used the adjustment brush.

Which version are you using? I've got LR 2.5. I also used the adjustment brush. I click Exposure and "+" and leave the slider bar in the middle. Important: You have to make sure the Density and Flow sliders below are maximum--full right. Using the brush, brush over the entire area you want to change. Then move the slider bar to the right (increasing) the exposure until you get the effect you want.

Same version, and good "how-to" advice. Thanks.

First of all, I really like the shot. It is not the strongest compositionally but it feels like an image you could look into for a long, long time. I might wish for a bit more drama in the sky, but that is a minor point. In suggesting improvements I thought of it this way: the buld of the power of this image is in showing a vast panorama, therefore, why not emphasize that quality by indeed making it a pano. Here is my suggestion along with a few advanced PS tweaks:
