Default Night Shot

Vista Nocturna

This was my second atempt on a night shot. I´m new (very new) to photografy.
Critics woul'd be apreciated.

Camera: Sony DSLR-A330
Exposure: 10
Aperture: f/11.0
Focal Length: 30 mm
ISO Speed: 100
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off, Did not fire

Sorry. I am not much of a critic because I think the photo is very good. Maybe a slightly different angle or cropping so the buildings are not so centeredin the photo, something that would satisfy the division of thirds.

Great capture!

I like this second crop a lot better. I'm VERY new to photography...but I know that less empty sky is more pleasing to the eye Very nice.. I like it.

I like the first crop more. The plain dark sky is a pleasing contrast to all the light, and the small sky in the second shot is somehow claustrophobic. Also all the interest in the water is already captured in the initial crop.
Both nice shots though, love to see more of your Portugal, j_pinheiro!

I also like the first version. I think the empty sky provided enough "breathing space". Also, reflection of lights in the water looks great. Thank you for sharing!

I think it is beautiful I lean to the first crop. You could also play with the white balance to see how the colors change if you shot in raw. I do like the golden tone! Cheers!
