I personally like your saturation, but I'm also a high-saturation person. The colors are a big part of this picture and bumping them up doesn't detract from the composition. The contrast between the oranges and blues is wonderful.
What software are you using for post processing? Photoshop (or Gimp, etc.) and Lightroom are easy to select saturation levels on just a single color or hue.

For future reference, using Lightroom to change one color...
Select your image and open the "Develop" section. In the controls area a little bit down is a section called "HSL/Color/Grayscale. Select HSL and then Saturation. Next, select the little icon right below "HSL" that looks like two little circles. Now all you have to do is hover over the color in your image that you want to saturate or desaturate, hold down the left mouse button, and move the mouse up or down to increase or decrease saturation...easy as that!

I have to disagree with the majority of the posts on here im afraid. I do think it is 'too blue'. The white froth of the waves as they break is blue with a tinge of white in your shot, as opposed to white with a tinge of blue.
The oranges and yellows are spot on, so if it were me I would just pull back on the blues, which is easily attainable in lightroom using the develop panel. If you want to push things a little bit further (as the blues of the sky do look real) you may have to selectively increase the blue saturation of the sky, while leaving the sea alone but I think you would need to use photoshop or similar for this.
