Yes - reading the rules would be good (eg. ONE photo per day, image size, etc) - following them too, of course! That helps demonstrate that you're interested in discussion about your image (by giving people something to work with, which answers all the basic questions) and not just showing it off (which is fine but in the Share Your Shots area please).

Its difficult for me to critique a HDR shot. It depends upon what you are trying to do. Was it just practice, or were there places, like the boats in the foreground which were much too dark when the shot was conventionally exposed?
Were you just trying to change the color and feel?
I feel most HDR shots are unnecessary and cartoony, (including my own) resulting in artifacts like the toxic looking sky in the small shot above. It looks better in the larger shot over at flickr, but I am just wondering what in the shot necessitated HDR?

I love the subject, and composition, I would like to see a single exposure, with boosted color on the castle! Could you have gotten blue in the sky, or was it gray?
