Yes you can - check More Properties on Flickr and see all the juicy details (although, to be fair, knowing it is a phone cam is probably enough - you don't have a lot of control over the settings, I imagine).
I think the bike has come out well although would probably have benefited from being at more of an angle to the camera, showing more of the body rather than the thin view given. The limitations of the camera become more visible in the background - the small details of the mid-ground foliage and distant rocks look like you've put them through some sort of "paint" effect which isn't overly effective when viewed at full size. That would confirm my general suspicion that phone cams are best for close up subjects and not ideal tools for landscape work; on the other hand, it is always fun to push the boundaries and see what can be done.
