It's an interesting shot and looks even better when viewed in a larger size over at Flickr.
I think cropping out part of the foreground water and part of the sky will help ground the shot a little more. The sky in the upper right draws the eyes away from what is going on in the foreground. Maybe increasing color saturation a tiny bit would brighten up the boats a little and hold the eyes a little more. Really like the sense of atmosphere of this image. |

I like the picture.
I don't mind the color and exposure, it seems real to me. The only thing that bugs me is the corner of the yellow boat being cut off. Because it is so bright it is really noticable to me. Of course there is an edge to every picture, but the darker boats don't matter so much to me...
