I like this for the "atmosphere" - the light, the mist, the muted colours... abstract stuff. But does it make a good photo? This kind of single-subject composition, does it work for anyone else? Or maybe just my offbeat idea of aesthetics
![]() And on the more tangible side... what about the position of the "horizon" - too much sky? or too much of the uninteresting foreground? Exposure - I tried to get enough flare to highlight the mist but not too much to dominate the shot (important to keep the colour gradient in the sky to offset the lights). Does it work for you? In fact any comments, good or bad, about the composition please! ![]() 1/8 sec (handheld), f/4, ISO 800, 18mm (Tamron 10-24), UV filter only

I think it's awesome as is, but if you do anything, I would say also a little off either the top or bottom or both.
