I've had two Kodaks. My old CX7340 was nice but the Z710 completely rocks. Best camera I've ownedor used, though only the second Digital I've owned and maybe the 5th or 6th I've used.

Sorry to bump this up again, but my last camera was a Kodak CX7330 and it served me well until I dropped it and Uncle Sam came to the rescue and bought me a Kodak Z612. The 7330 is sitting right in front of me still, waiting for me to spend the $20 to fix it and pass it on to my kids. So far I am way behind in the learnign process with the 612, but I like it ALOT

I have used Kodak digitals for the point shooters--but i recently purchased a Z612 within the last month and i love this camera. You can do so much with it. you can add wide angle lens, zoom and filters. Although its not a DSLR, it functions similarly.

Default Nope you're not the only one!

I have a C643 and while it is limited on what I could do with a better camera it takes wonderful pictures. Alot of my photos for my wedding were taken with this camera by my sister and there are some awesome photos!

One day I will upgrade..... gotta make money first! *lol*

I have a Kodak DX6490 and I still use it even though I already have a DSLR camera. There are simply a lot of occasions and places where bringing a compact camera is much easier and safer than bringing a large, heavy and expensive DSLR camera. And it helps that my Kodak DX6490 has manual controls and a 10x optical zoom.

Cool

I've a Kodak LS753 which was my first digital camera & with which I got into photography(wasn't ever enthusiastic about using film cameras). Now I've got a Lumix, so my Kodak is sort of retired!!

Default kodak "family" users...

hi,

we began with a dx6490, which only my wife used to take pics with, because that "big thing" would impress me a lot... this summer, i eventually decided to point & shoot by myself, and to step into xxi st century. so, bought a kodak c663, and was so impressed by the pics (obviously, it was the camera, not me...), that i immediately took advantage of my elder daughter's birthday to offer it to her (clumsy thing who broke her digital polaroid... that's kids) and upgrade to a z712 is, with which i'm very happy for the moment. i hope to shoot something else than snapshots soon, thanks to this very functionnal camera.
