Default Help!!!

Have a Kodak m753. I have a memory card installed, but after I take a few pics the camera says the internal memory is full, and refuses to take more.
Any clue what's the matter???

I have had it for a few months, but the problem just started.

Are you clearing the memory card when you upload the pictures to your computer? Most cameras use the card first, then when that runs out of space, switch to internal memory. Make sure you have the pictures you want off of the card and try formatting it with the camera (it'll be somewhere in the menu, every camera is different).

Thanks.
I upload all the pics to the computer as soon as I get home and they are automatically removed from the camera.
Then, when I take 9 pics the "internal memory full" comes up, and no more shots can be taken.
Can the memory cards go bad?
I've only had the camera since August and had the same card in there the whole time...

leafyfingers, do you know how to navigate your camera's menus? If so go to your menu and find a setting called Image Storage. Check the value. If it's set to Internal Memory change the setting to Auto.

Did as you suggested.
It worked when I got the camera...how it got switched, I have no idea!!!
Gotta read the instruction manual now that I found it online...misplaced the paper copy.

maybe you did not change the mode where the camera will save the pics...

wierd but usually it automatically changes its storage location to the card once you put in the mem card....
