I have a Kodak dx6490, I have had it for 7years now and have noticed dust on the inside of the lens. How do I go about cleaning it since it doesn't have a detachable lense such as DSLR cameras.
I am looking at getting a DSLR but will still like to keep my old trusty for certain events where a bulky SLR isnt ideal, so knowing how to clean it inside would help me greatly as sending it to a pro to clean it cost more than itss value. |

Hi, you have an excellent Kodak camera, you are right it is not detachable lens, I would recomment to send it to Kodak dealer for maintenance service, for sure this option will work.
BTW did you see the Kodak Z990 30X optical zoom, 12 MP and HDR option as feature? state of the art!!! Thanks Art
