Accidental Sunset

I was looking for a way to capture myself and the sunset for my 365days project I noticed the distorted reflection through my windshield. I snapped two shots and noticed that the windshield enabled my 18-55mm lens to capture a wider picture because of the curved glass.

Even had I backed my car up I would not have been privilidged to the same shot as I would have been hindered by an ugly building.

Lesson learned: A better shot can sometimes be had by shooting from a different perspective.
