Default Sucking out the Energy

I was asked to post a little How I Took It on this by FoG so here it is

Sucking out the Energy

Camera: Nikon D3000
Shutter Speed: 13 seconds
Mode: Manual
Aperture: f/5.0
ISO: 100
Focal Length: 18mm

I turned off all of the lights in my room and faced my macbook towards my black mirrored wardrobe. Then i used a light application on my iPhone and put it in between the mirror and computer whilst moving it back and forward a few times
