Default More of The Mad Max Location

As promised, another more general shot of the Mad Max Location. You can still see much of the copper mine excavations. I have no idea what the structures were used for. On my visit, the weather was not too kind to us and all my shots were taken under shady conditions. I intend to go back again in 2010 and also on a fine day. Some of the pools of water are amazingly colourful. There are problems with rainwater leaching through the subsoil for the surrounding area - where nothing seems to grow for miles. There is also a very strong smell of what I think is sulphur. Quite and incredible and unique place.
