Lightbulb Playing With Fire (Fuegando con Juego)

Those are pictures taken in Mexico City at the “Parque Mexico” in “La Condesa” neighbourhood.

Explanation

These people take sticks of wood and make something like a torch but with fire in both ends, also they use nunchucks.

Pretty Amazing huh???

About the picture.

I used a tripod and the long exposure technique, with Big F`s. Sometime a used the rear flash function to freeze the body and faces, but sometime its better without flash.

Hope you like them.

Here is the complete collection.

Thumbs up nice!!!

Excellent shot. Thanks for sharing

p.s. You wrote "Fuegando con Juego" ... hmm... won't it be "Juegando con Fuego"?? as in Juegando (playing from the verb Jugar meaning TO PLAY) and Fuego (meaning Fire).... hmmmm.....

I think you meant "Jugando con fuego" hehehe automatic translators.
What you actually wrote was " 'Fireing' with play".

good photograph tho.

I like the trail of the fire

So this pic is with rear curtain sync. I've been looking for a good subject for that. Havent found it yet. But this is a great one.
I wonder how stroboscipic flash would look with this?

Great series on flickr!
