Hi everyone,
so impressed with the quality of the imagery on this subject, I have to say I have tried this a couple of times and it is getting easier each time I try so here is my image for inclusion. I hope you like it.

I was inspired last weekend and this is one of several I came up with.
Camera on tripod at my dining room table with flash.
green mat under a glass 9x13 inch pan filled almost to the top with water.
I then focused on manual and set my camera with wireless remote on to constantly take pics then began to slowly drop water drops from a loosely tightened bottle of water. Just a little cropping and adjusting in Elements and here it is.
I got another one I'm really thrilled with and will post it maybe tomorrow.
When I take the time to play, it sure is fun!

Wow! Any idea how you achieved that shape, or just luck?

Well it's partly luck but depending on the height of the falling drops you get different shapes.
These shapes are quite common when you let your drop fall from a bit higher than the normal height (which is 30-40 cm - 12-15 inch I believe) This one was taken around 60 cm - 24 inch ... could be a bit more though. Not sure.
