Hi,

I set the focus before driving and yes it was a bit scary but I had this idea and had to see it through. At this point I take my D90 in the ocean in waves so I figured this was less risky. The mount is solid and the camera is only half way out the car.

This picture is awesome! I really want to be able to do this shot as well, however, I don't think I will be able to be comfortable with sticking my camera outside of the car like that, partial or not, or find a smooth enough road out here in the boonies!

I really love this!
