    Default Fractal Image

Not strictly a "photograph" so I will have to see if this is accepted! Fractal images have fascinated me for some time ever since I heard about them. I have to confess that the mathematics behind how they are produced is way beyond my limited understanding. The image here is one I produced on my iMac using a downloaded programme named Fractal Domains. There are numerous free to download programmes for both Mac and PC and for those who are interested, much info on the maths behind it all.

This fractal image has been enlarged and printed out and now forms a beautiful framed picture in our home.
