    Default Apple Floating in Liquid

f/18, ISO 250, 33 mm, 44 second exposure in a dark studio. Candle flame blown out after 2 seconds.

Is the reflective surface what it appears?

Blue fabric can lend a bluish color to the water when spotlight is shown on it (fabric) for 20 seconds.

I think the reflective surface looks ok color-wise, but the foil dips down from the weight of the apple. It looks a little off because of this. Maybe if you wrapped the foil around a cardboard circle that was sturdier you could prevent this. I like the shot and this is a cool idea.
