Default Long exposures

Hey! 1st post on here. I took a few long exposure shots at the local jetty here in Port Noarlunga, South Australia.

30 second exposure and a little tone mapping of the RAW file
Focal Length 55.mm
Aperture12

Aperture18
Exposure Time 10 sec
Focal Length 55.mm

Please enjoy, and any critical analysis is welcomed.

Regards Ian

The second image I like apart from the blown out lights, I would take one short exposure for the lights and another longer on as you have then blend the 2 together, that would stop the overexposed lights.

Great silhouettes in the first photo, love the soft/magical movement of the water.

Long exposures and water work best when ther eis very little wind, gets much smoother with no wind. Still nice pics though

I must admit I think I prefer these shots to the regular long exposure water shots. The movement in the water gives it a very artistic feel to me. It looks like it has been painted or drawn! I love them!
